• Is the shipment insured?
  Every package we ship is fully insured for the purchase price of the watch.

• How long does delivery take?
  As a rule, the preparation of the package takes one working day and the national shipping also takes one working day. For a delivery to an EU country, the shipping can be extended by 2-3 days. For deliveries to other EU countries, the delivery time can vary between 1 and 3 weeks.

• Can I track the shipment?
  In principle, we provide a tracking number for each shipment, provided this is possible through the shipping company.

• With which company will the package be sent?
  In general, we send the packages with Galle, Intex or UPS within the EU. Outside the EU, the package is sent by DHL Express and UPS.

• Is payment via bank transfer possible?
  Of course, the classic payment via bank transfer is possible, please contact us via email.

• How long does it take to receive my payment?
  This varies depending on the payment method selected. Usually this takes 1-3 days. When paying via Paypal or credit card, it only takes a few minutes.
  
  
• How long does the refund take?
  The refund of your purchase price takes a maximum of 10 working days.

• Is it possible to pay with cryptocurrency?
  no We do not offer cryptocurrencies as a payment method.

• Do I have buyer protection?
  Of course, your payment is in safe hands with us and we are happy to refer to the very positive reviews. In addition, we have been listed on Chrono24 as a Trusted Seller since 2020. However, if you need external buyer protection, you can pay for the desired watch via PayPal. There you have an extended buyer protection.

• Are the watches real?
  Of course, all of ours are genuine and authentic. Every single watch that you will find in our portfolio undergoes a meticulous control in which the inner and outer values ​​are precisely checked.

• I have a problem with the clock, what now?
  We will of course support you in solving your problem. Contact us anytime.

• Is there a guarantee on the watches?
  Every watch you buy from us comes with a 12-month warranty* on the movement. Apart from this guarantee, factory guarantees may still exist directly from the manufacturer or from the repair, which we specifically show in every advertisement.
  
  * If the watch has been tested positively for water resistance, then this property applies at the time of the measurement. According to DIN 8310, waterproofness is not a permanent property. It should be checked annually and before special loads, as the built-in sealing elements decrease in their function and in daily use. Influences such as strong temperature fluctuations, chlorine, soap or salt water have a negative effect on the waterproofness.
  
  Please avoid a common mistake: Never operate the crown or the chronograph of the watch underwater. No matter how high the tightness is specified.

• Where are the clocks from?
  Our watches come from reputable previous ownership, without existing rights to third parties. If a watch is purchased from another EU country, it will be duly declared.
  
  
• Can the watches be viewed?
  Since we are purely an online retailer, we are unfortunately unable to offer viewing appointments for our watches. We would be happy to create high-resolution videos for you so that you can get a better impression of the watch you want.
  As our watches are stored in a secure environment away from the office, it may take a business day to create the video.
  
  
• Is there more information about the watches?
  We describe the watches in detail in our advertisements and show what is included in the delivery. If you still have questions, you can of course contact us at any time.

• Are the pictures of the clocks edited?
  All of our images are unedited. We create the images with a digital single-lens reflex camera in a light box so that you can use the images to get an optimal picture of the condition. Thanks to the high-quality lens, you can even see micro-scratches that are not visible to the naked eye.

PURCHASE

• How does the purchase work?
  After you have given us the details of your watch for sale and we have agreed on an expected purchase price, we record the transaction in writing. After you have signed the purchase contract and sent it to us, we can provide you with an insured transport label so that the watch can reach us as quickly as possible. After a brief check and contact for possible discrepancies, you will receive the payment via bank transfer.

• Do you buy all watches?
  no Unfortunately, we cannot buy "all" watches, so we mainly buy selected watches from Rolex, Omega, Tudor, IWC and other established watch brands.

• How does the exam work?
  During the test, both the movement and the case, strap and accessories are checked and checked for condition and authenticity. If there is a deviation from the described condition/authenticity, this will be discussed with the seller immediately.

• How long does the purchasing process take?
  Basically, the purchase process can be completed within a few days. On average, you will receive your purchase price on the desired bank account within 3 days of shipping.
